What payment options do you offer?

We accept HKD payment via FPS only.
Can I change or cancel my order?

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us right away at kipi@kipidodo.com or via WhatsApp so we can assist you.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?

Absolutely! You can arrange deliveries up to 3 months in advance. Just let us know your preferred delivery date during the design phase—we’ll take care of the rest.
When will my custom gift arrive?

Delivery time depends on design complexity and availability, but typically your custom creation will be ready within 7-14 days after design confirmation. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Where do KipiGift deliver?

We deliver to all areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Deliveries to outlying islands may incur extra fees and be subject to certain limitations.
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free during our promotional discount periods.
Do you support delivery to oversea?

No, currenly we only support local delivery within Hong Kong.

Why are KipiGift figures handcrafted?

Each KipiGift figure is lovingly handcrafted to capture your unique story. From photo selection to 3D modeling and hand-painting, we ensure your gift is sincere, one-of-a-kind, and truly special.
Will my custom figure look exactly like my original photo?

Every KipiGift creation is unique, and some adjustments to pose, color, or detail may be needed to ensure the best result. We’ll always confirm the draft 3D model with you before final production.
How long do the product last?

With proper care, the soap flower and the 3d print figure [ PLA+ material with protetive layer ] can last for around 2-5 years or more. Please store the product probably, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity. Avoid contact with chemicals.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

As each creation is made just for you, refunds are not typically offered. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 24 hours — we’re committed to making it right.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
+
If no one is available, the local courier will call the recipient. If still unreachable, the local courier will arrange a second delivery at no extra cost. Additional attempts may require a fee.
Can I get a refund if my gift is late?

If your order is delayed due to our error, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit. If the delay is due to third-party factors (e.g., local courier, recipient unavailability), we can’t guarantee a refund but will work to resolve any issues.
What if I don’t like the proposed 3D model?
+
We work closely with you to create a model you’ll love. If you’re dissatisfied with the draft, we’ll do our best to revise it. If you still wish to cancel after receiving a draft, we’ll issue a refund minus a 10% admin fee. As the design is tailor made for you, once production begins, refunds aren’t possible.
