Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for products returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refunds.
All product pictures are for reference only
The actual product shall prevail. Customers will not be able to return or exchange the product if it does not meet their personal preferences or the quality is not satisfactory.
Refund applications will not be accepted for pre-ordered products.
What if the item I ordered is unavailable?
If the manufacturer fails to supply the goods in full, we will refund the full amount.
